We will no longer be accepting reasonable accommodation forms from the following airlines: United, American, Alaska, Delta, Spirit, Southwest, Hawaiin or Jet Blue. If you plan on flying with these airlines we recommend you do not purchase the travel letter. *


*Some airlines not listed may also require reasonable accommodation forms that can no longer be completed due to new Airline policies enacted in early 2018. We ask that you check with the airline before purchasing or asking someone from ESA.  



Our therapist do not provide letters for certain animals in the livestock category or exotic animals such as snakes or lizards. 

ESA evaluations can only be done for those who reside or have legal citizenship in the United States. A government issued ID is required to take the evaluation which will be presented to the therapist during the video call. 

ESA Evaluation Process:


  • Due to HIPAA compliance all assessments will be conducted with a simple-to-use video, audio, and content sharing platform which works with any smartphone or webcam enabled computer. Your assigned therapist will send you an email with the conference link and details. Please be aware before purchasing. 

  • ESA Evaluation Letter upon recommendation. Mental health professional reserves the right to approve or deny evaluation letter based on criteria and professional judgement.

  • Instant PDF download available after approval. 

  • NOTE: The evaluation fee does not guarantee outcome of appointment and is non-refundable after appointment - No exceptions.

  • If an airline or landlord requires a reasonable accommodation form completed our therapist can complete it for a $75 fee.

  • To submit a reasonable accommodation form please contact customer support at support@esaregistration.org and a representative will take your payment and put you in contact with your therapist. (please note reasonable accommodations can only be completed for those who have already went through the evaluation process by one of our therapist.)

A Travel Letter allows your Emotional Support Animal to fly with you in the cabin of a plane. Must be renewed annually at regular price. DISCLAIMER: Please read the airline policy you are flying with before purchasing the travel letter. Most airlines require a reasonable accommodation form that we may not complete.

This package includes an ESA Housing Letter and ESA Travel Letter. Travel letter must be renewed annually at regular price.

ESA has joined forces with a team of mental health professionals with an expertise in Emotional Support Animal Evaluations and Prescription Letters to help you with your ESA and to provide you with your evaluation/letter which is required by law to travel with your animal. After completing your evaluation via video chat, providing you qualify the mental health professional, you will then be given your prescription letter which allows you to fly with your ESA, and live in housing where pets are typically not permitted.

Shipping Policy

All our orders are shipped USPS domestic mail. We do not offer international shipping. Our standard free shipping option for non-embroidered items will take 5-7 business days for delivery excluding weekend days and holidays. Embroidered items can take anywhere from 10-14 business days for delivery.

*Priority Mail Delivery - Delivery within 2-3 business days for only $10.00. Please note if this method is selected and your order contains Embroidery the order can take up to 2 business days for processing before it leaves our warehouse. 

*Rush Processing/Overnight Shipping is available if needed for only $49.50 and you could have your package in as little as 24-48 hours. This method of shipment is sent with USPS Express Mail. You will be able to add this option when you complete your order. * Orders placed after 9am may not go out the same day and will be shipped the following business day.


*PLEASE NOTE* Certain zip codes do not offer overnight service in which case you may receive your express order on the 2nd day. If it is absolutely necessary that you receive it next day, please email us at support@esaregistration.org to make sure your zip code can receive overnight shipping.
