From getting yourself evaluated by our certified mental health professionals, to registering your companion in our nationwide database, to all the items you need to keep your friend comfortable and the public educated about your status – this kit has it all.
Once purchased you will have access to an online assessment form that must be completed and submitted before setting your appointment. Once submitted you will be able to schedule your consultation that is conducted through a HIPAA compliant video chat service. Once approved your letter will be stored in your account for instant easy access.
Along with the letter, you’ll receive two ID’s that feature your name and the picture and name of your ESA. We also add three mini ID’s that easily fit on a keychain or lanyard, guaranteeing that you’ll never be without proper identification. Because you’re purchasing this premium kit, we’re offering free replacement ID’s for the life of your companion (limit three per customer per year).
A lightweight but strong harness is also included, which clearly identifies your companion as an ESA and is easily visible even in low light situations. Custom embroidery is offered on this item as well.
An eco-friendly paperless certificate of your companion’s status as an ESA will be immediately available for download. That means that you can print out as many copies as you need, and will never be without proof for anyone that might ask for it.

All our orders are shipped USPS domestic mail. We do not offer international shipping. Our standard free shipping option for non-embroidered items will take 5-7 business days for delivery excluding weekend days and holidays. Embroidered items can take anywhere from 10-14 business days for delivery.
*Priority Mail Delivery - Delivery within 2-3 business days* for only $10.00. Please note if this method is selected and your order contains Embroidery the order can take up to 2 business days for processing before it leaves our warehouse.
**Rush Processing/Overnight Shipping is available if needed for only $49.50 and you could have your package in as little as 24-48 hours. This method of shipment is sent with USPS Express Mail. You will be able to add this option when you complete your order. * Orders placed after 9am may not go out the same day and will be shipped the following business day.
